At Esprit, we work on quality every day. Everyone contributes to it: from teachers and teaching assistants to caretakers, school leaders, and board members. Quality is everyone's responsibility.The quality assurance team consists of two advisors who focus on monitoring, improving, and ensuring educational quality, in collaboration with school leadership, quality coordinators, and the Executive Board. We do this by supporting people in the organization with quality-related questions and challenges, monitoring educational outcomes, and providing strategic advice to both school leadership and the board on educational quality.
